Ingredients

1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. oat bran
1 c. nonfat yogurt (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. whole oat flour
1/4 c. egg whites or egg substitute
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix egg, yogurt and oil.
Combine and griddle as usual.
