Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pure lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a tube cake pan. Cream butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, into butter mixture.
    Sift flour with salt and baking powder in separate bowl.
    Beat in with electric beater 1/3 flour mixture and then 1/3 milk into butter mixture until all ingredients are used. Add vanilla and lemon.
    Beat until creamy.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours. Cool at room temperature before turning out of pan.
