Cheesy-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
6 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 (1 lb.) pkg. corn meal muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Saute onion and butter.
Mix eggs and milk.
Add corn and muffin mix; mix well.
Spread cornbread batter into dish.
Spoon onion over top, then spread sour cream over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes.
(Better the next day.)
