Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ham or bacon
    1/2 c. chopped, drained, cooked broccoli (optional)
    1/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese (to sprinkle on top)
    1 unbaked pie shell (see Plain Pastry on page 47)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well with milk.
    Stir in cheese and ham (broccoli, if desired).
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Top with Monterey Jack cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
