Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium baking potato
    1 pkg. powdered sugar
    2 c. peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil potato until tender.
    Remove
    peel and mash potato with about 1 teaspoon
    milk.
    Mix
    powdered
    sugar with mashed potato. It will become like
    a
    sticky dough.
    Roll out dough mixture with rolling
    pin,
    about
    1/2-inch thickness.
    Spread peanut butter evenly on
    dough mixture and roll tightly.
    Wrap in wax paper and place in freezer for 1 hour.
    When set, slice in 1/2-inch slices. The inside should look like a pinwheel.
