Turkey & Beer Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Turkey
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
16 oz. Can Red Beans
16 oz. Can Black Beans
16 oz. Can Garbanzo Beans
1 Can Jalapenos (Chopped)(Size depending on degree of spice you desire)
1 12 oz. Jalapenos Chili Beer or a regular beer with more chili spice added.
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
Red Pepper, Salt, and Pepper to Taste
28 oz. Whole Tomatoes (Cut)
28 oz. Tomato Puree
Preparation

1. Brown the ground turkey, then add onion and garlic and slightly brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a light simmer.
Add water if too thick or simmer if too watery to make
desired consistency.
