Never Fail Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. scalded milk
nutmeg for top
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and salt together.
Slowly add milk and vanilla. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top while warm.
