Mexican Brunch Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mild chili peppers
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage, browned
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease baking dish.
    Arrange chilies on bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle tomatoes and cheese over it.
    Put meat on top of cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top.
    Bake until knife comes out clean.
