Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine (room temperature)
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix butter, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix eggs, sugar and 3 tablespoons flour until well blended.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Pour over baked crust and bake again for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Sift powdered sugar over bars.
Cool and cut into squares.
