Fluffy Cocoa Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. pure maple syrup
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Note:
For variation, add 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, omitting cocoa powder.
Or omit cocoa powder only for Vanilla Frosting.
