Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 can pineapple rings
    maraschino cherries
    nuts (optional)
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Melt butter slightly in 10-inch skillet.
    Spread sugar over butter, then place fruit and nuts, with a cherry in the center of each slice of pineapple, to form pleasing design.
    Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, juice, flour and baking powder.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in 10-inch skillet for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
