Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1 lb. bulk sweet Italian sausage
Preparation

Grate cheese and mix together all ingredients at room temperature.
Roll into tiny balls.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or until tops are golden.
These may be frozen before baking and kept up to one month in freezer.
Makes 70 balls.
