Hot Rolls Or Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkgs. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. hot water
    2 eggs slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour hot water over shortening. Mix yeast in warm water and dissolve well. Add sugar and then eggs. Mix salt in flour. Add flour last. Let rise in warm place covered with cloth. Work down. This can be kept in refrigerator several days. Take out to use for rolls or doughnuts. Store back in refrigerator.
