Cranberry Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. thick whole cranberry sauce
grated rind of 1 orange
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Sift together into a large bowl the corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add and mix only enough to dampen completely the oil, egg, milk, cranberry sauce and grated rind of the orange.
Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan for 25 minutes.
