Fiesta Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. Longhorn cheese
8 eggs, beaten
jalapenos

Preparation

Spray a 13 1/2-inch cake pan with Pam.
Layer jalapenos so you have one per serving.
Layer all cheese on top of jalapenos.
Pour beaten eggs over the top of the cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (side of pan should start turning brown).
Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
Serve warm.
