Italian Rice Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. rice
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. olive oil or other vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine ground beef and next 8 ingredients.
    Form into 18 meatballs, approximately 2-inches in diameter, and chill for 30 minutes.
