Southwest Bean-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 lb. pinto beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. salt pork
Preparation
    Soak pinto beans overnight.
    Drain and simmer with garlic, salt and salt pork until tender, about 1 hour.
