Lemon Lush(New Year'S Day Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
dash of salt
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
nuts

Preparation

Mix margarine, flour and salt and pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and beat again.
Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Beat milk with pudding.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
