Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 chopped green pepper (optional)
1 c. celery, cut up
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut, pepper, celery and onion in a bowl.
Mix sugar, vinegar and oil together and pour over sauerkraut mixture. Stir until mixed.
Refrigerate overnight or 6 hours.
