Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 c. boiled, mashed sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat 1/3 cup margarine into sweet potatoes.
    Add dry ingredients alternating with buttermilk; mix gently.
    Turn onto floured surface.
    Pat top of dough with flour.
    Roll out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick with flour coated rolling pin.
    Cut with floured biscuit cutter.
    Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
    Biscuits should touch for soft sides.
    Brush tops with melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
