Soofganiyot(Israeli Doughnuts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat the eggs into the sour cream; add the vanilla.
    Mix into the wet ingredients the flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder and salt.
