Miniature Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 block butter or margarine (room temperature)
    2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
    pecan filling for pies
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1 c. ground pecans
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, margarine and flour. Form into dough. Roll into small balls. Put in lightly greased muffin tins and shape to pan. This will be your crust.
