Smoked Pork With Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. flour
    1 (3 lb.) smoked boneless pork shoulder butt
    1 (27 oz.) can Libby's sauerkraut, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 medium apple, pared and diced
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. caraway
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place flour in 14 x 20-inch cooking bag.
    Shake and coat inside.
    Place pork in bag.
    Close with twist tie.
    Place bag in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Puncture 6 small holes or slits in top of bag.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove from oven; open bag and combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon over and around pork.
    Re-tie bag.
    Bake 40 minutes longer.
