Glorified Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red cabbage
    3/4 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop cabbage fine and boil until tender in salted water.
    Wilt onion in butter.
    Add cheese to wilted onion in chunks and allow to melt over low heat.
    When melted, add soup.
    Blend.
    Add boiled cabbage and mix well.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
