Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
5 Tbsp. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly.
Combine eggs, water and vinegar.
Pour all of the liquids into flour mixture at once.
Blend with fork until flour is moist. Roll out with more flour.
Makes 3 crusts.
