Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice (cook ahead)
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. bell pepper
    1 c. green onion
    meat: 1 can Spam, diced or cooked ham, chicken, shrimp or beef
    3 scrambled eggs
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute meat in 1/2 to 1 stick oleo.
    Add carrots.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Add pepper, cook 3 minutes.
    Add onion and cook 3 minutes.
    Add eggs, rice and seasonings to taste.
    Cook just until heated.
    Do not overcook!
