Fruit 'N Nut Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained or 1 large orange, sectioned
2 Tbsp. chopped, slivered almonds
Preparation

In blender or food processor container, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and rind.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Coarsely chop orange sections.
Stir chopped oranges and almonds into mixture.
Chill at least an hour.
Serve spread with Triscuit wafers.
