Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten (I use egg whites only)
1/3 c. skim milk or milk of your choice
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients well and put in buttered dish.
