Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon, deboned and drained
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 tsp. white horseradish
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    chopped walnuts
    flat Italian parsley
Preparation
    Combine salmon, softened cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and liquid smoke.
    Mix until well blended.
    Form into ball and refrigerate for several hours.
    Roll in nuts and parsley and serve with crackers or party rye bread.
