Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 mashed bananas
1 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut (if desired)
Preparation

Sprinkle Sugar Twin over bananas and stir until dissolved. Beat eggs well and blend into bananas.
Sift dry ingredients; add nuts and coconut and blend into banana mixture until just mixed. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Lower heat to 300\u00b0 and bake approximately another 25 minutes.
Cake should be moist, but springy to touch.
