Can'T Fail Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 pt. marshmallow cream (14 oz.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. fruit and nuts
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and salt to hard-boil stage (248\u00b0 to 250\u00b0) on thermometer. Place marshmallow cream in large bowl and stir in hot syrup.
    Continue stirring until slightly stiff. Fold in vanilla and fruit/nuts. Pour into buttered 8 x 8 pan or drop by teaspoon on tray lined with wax paper.
    Let cool. Enjoy!!
