Chili Tomorrow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 3/4 lb. ground round
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced green peppers
4 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic
2 cans French-style green beans
Preparation

Bring to a boil the water, bouillon cubes and ground round; simmer for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and chill well so you can skim off all the fat, then return to the stove.
Add all but the green beans and simmer for 1 hour.
Just before serving, add the beans, undrained if you like, and heat through.
