Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. honey
    2 lemons
    1 can cold evaporated milk or 1 pt. heavy cream
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package of lemon gelatin into 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/3 cup honey, juice and grated rind of 2 lemons.
    Stir for one minute and let cool until it begins to set.
