Ingredients

1 head garlic, peeled and chopped
1 piece ginger, chopped
hot pepper
cumin powder
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
28 oz. can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together garlic, ginger, 1/2 cup vinegar and tomatoes. Blend on high speed until smooth.
Put all the blended ingredients in a pan and cook over medium heat.
Add sugar, pepper and cumin powder.
Bring to a boil and then lower the heat.
