Oven Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. ground thyme
    1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
    1/8 tsp. ground marjoram
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, skinned and cut into pieces
    5 c. cornflake cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine margarine, flour and spices.
    Dip chicken in margarine mixture.
    Roll in cereal to coat.
    Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
