Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift first 6 ingredients.
    Combine last 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Use four 1 pound coffee cans.
    Spray inside of can liberally with cooking or baking spray (Pam).
    Fill cans 1/2 full only.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
