Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. large curd cottage cheese (cream style)
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
Add next 6 ingredients to meat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender; drain and rinse in cold water.
Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
Place half of noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Spread half of cottage cheese mixture over noodles. Add half of Mozzarella cheese and half of meat mixture.
Repeat layers.
Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
