Bombay Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. India relish
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. light cream
1 head lettuce
1 can (small) pimiento cut into strips
Preparation

Combine coconut, chicken, rice, and relish.
toss well till blended.
