Ingredients

3 c. grated, peeled potatoes, well drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. grated onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In mixing bowl, gently combine potatoes and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients and onion.
Stir in potato mixture.
Drop by tablespoon into preheated greased skillet.
Brown lightly on both sides.
