Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 slice bread, made into crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix melted margarine.
    Add milk.
    Pour over potato mixture.
    Sprinkle with cornflakes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
