Green Bean Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French cut green beans, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In small saucepan melt butter and saute onion until tender. Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Carefully blend in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Do not boil.
    Stir in beans and turn into casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
