Double The Milk Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat milk
    3 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
    1/8 tsp. vanilla
    peppermint stick for garnish
Preparation
    Use blender to combine nonfat dry milk and milk, adding 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup.
    Heat in a pan on stove for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not boil.
    Stir in vanilla.
