Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
12 to 16 soda crackers, crushed

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar slowly.
Mix all ingredients together and put in a well-greased pie tin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This is much better if you let this stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Serves 6.
