Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or more c. squash (your preference), cut in chunks
    2 medium carrots
    1 small onion
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. stuffing mix
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix dry stuffing mix with margarine.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Add 1/2 of stuffing mixture.
    Fill lightly greased shallow baking dish with squash mixture.
    Cover with other half of stuffing mix.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
