Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 slices bread, soaked in milk
Preparation

Pick through crabmeat and remove shells.
Try not to break up lumps of meat. Add all ingredients to crabmeat and mix well.
Form into 6 or 8 cakes.
Either fry or broil until browned on both sides.
