Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
    1 1/2 sticks margarine (6 oz.)
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 pinch salt
    1 dash cinnamon
    sprinkle of powdered sugar
    2 boxes blueberries, washed and drained
Preparation
    Sift 1 1/2 cups flour with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
    By hand, combine margarine, salt and vinegar and add to flour.
    Press dough into bottom and sides (to a height of 1-inch) of greased spring-form pan.
    Fill pan with blueberries (reserving 1 cup), 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    When cool, add reserved cup of berries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
