Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 c. rice, cooked (this will equal 4 c. of rice when cooked)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation

Pour mixture over chicken and rice.
Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, then crushed potato chips and 1/2 cup sliced almonds. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
