Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. hominy
1 can cream of celery soup
Tabasco sauce to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
crushed cornflakes
butter

Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in a greased casserole.\tSprinkle
crushed flakes over the top and dot with butter.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serve with barbecued meat or ham.
