Low-Fat 1 Serving Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 strip cooked lasagna
    1/4 c. dietetic Italian spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 oz. American, Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese, sliced and diced
    4 Tbsp. green pepper, sliced and diced
Preparation
    Cut strip of cooked lasagna into 3 pieces.
    Alternately add the following ingredients in layers in a 10 ounce casserole: 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce, one piece lasagna, bits of cheese and cottage cheese and green pepper.
    Continue this procedure, ending with the sauce.
    Save a few pieces of cheese to top the mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
