Bayberry'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (lean)
2 eggs
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 medium green pepper
2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery, trimmed
1 medium onion
2 c. water (approximate)
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place meat in bowl.
Add eggs (slightly beaten) and bread crumbs; mix well.
Place green pepper, carrots and celery in food processor or blender until very fine.
Mix vegetables with meat. Add parsley and pepper.
Add water as you go, using only as much as needed and no more.
Mixture should be moist, but firm enough to shape with your hands.
Mold meat into loaf so it is firm and holds together.
Grease bottom of flat baking pan and place loaf in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Yields 6 servings.
